How much do custom promotion tablecloths cost?
This question cannot be answered in a general way, because we always produce according to your individual requirements. We will be happy to provide you with a customized offer for your trade fair tablecloths.
For this purpose, please let us know your complete company address and a telephone number where we can reach you in case of queries. We also need the size of your table, the length of the desired overhang, the desired color as Pantone, RAL or HKS shade as well as the information whether a flame retardant material is required. Please also send us your logo directly with your request. A .jpg file is sufficient for us to view in advance.
What size should my promotion tablecloths be?
For trade fair tablecloths is recommended size, with which the table is covered floor length. This way, the space under the table can be used as pratic storage space that cannot be seen.
If the area behind the table is not visible to customers, the overhang of the trade show tablecloths can also be shortened slightly on the back side to provide easier access to the materials located under the table.
For example, most trade show tables have a length of 140 cm and a width of 80 cm. With an overhang of 70 cm on all 4 sides, such a table can be covered to floor length. This results in a measurement for the trade fair tablecloths of 280 x 220 cm.
Which fabric is right for my promotion tablecloths?
At many trade fairs, it is stipulated that only flame-retardant materials may be used for trade fair tablecloths. Our DIN 4102 B1 certified fabrics are ideally suited for this purpose. They are available immediately in many different colors or can be ordered on request.
For in-house exhibitions or other events, however, any plain-colored fabric from our range can be printed. The only exception here are the washable tablecloths.
Do the colors of the promotion tablecloths match my corporate design?
The color of the trade show tablecloths and printing are very important for your corporate design and must match you, your company, your product and the event.
For the production of the trade fair tablecloths, we have fabrics available in a wide range of colors. So we will also find the right color for your trade fair tablecloths. And should a color not fit, we dye the fabric for your trade fair tablecloths individually, depending on the number of pieces. It is helpful for us to know your desired color in Pantone, RAL or HKS.
Are my promotion tablecloths with print washable?
Each printed tablecloth is washable and easy to iron. Depending on the fabric and printing, different washing temperatures should be observed. Washing instructions are sewn into each tablecloth for this purpose. There are all the information about the care of the printed tablecloth clearly and permanently listed.
In which file format is my logo needed for printing?
For printing your trade show tablecloths, we need your logo in a vectorized format (.eps, .ai or .cdr files). If you do not have a vectorized file available, please feel free to contact us. We will then take over the processing of your logo.
Will I get a proof or sample in advance?
As standard, you will receive a proof together with the order confirmation, with which the placement of the logo and the appearance of the trade fair tablecloths will be coordinated. On request, we will also be happy to send you a proof if there is any doubt about the correct color interpretation of your logo.
What process will be used to print my promotion tablecloths?
We apply your logo to the trade show tablecloths using a foil transfer process. This is done with solid colored foils for a single color logo and with a 4c solvent printed foil for a multi-drive logo. Heat and pressure are then used to press the logos onto the tablecloth, similar to an iron-on image.
What delivery time should I expect?
By default, you can expect a production time of about 10 business days for your trade show tablecloths, from the moment your proof is approved. However, we will also inform you about the current production time in the offer.
Are orders for promotion tablecloths also possible at short notice?
Basically, we always try to realize urgent orders. For this purpose, we ideally already have all the necessary information from you and your logo and approvals are given by you quickly. With a DHL-Express shipment we can also guarantee a certain delivery date. In the best case, let us know when you need your trade fair tablecloths by when you make your first inquiry.
How do I properly store my promotion tablecloths?
We deliver all printed trade show tablecloths in a custom printed bag at no extra cost. So your trade show tablecloths are perfectly packed for transportation and storage.
